Warranty Terms 

All DYNAC products have been thoroughly tested to avoid defects in raw materials and process and comply with published specifications.

This warranty guarantees will be the sole and complete warranty statement for DYNAC products to the original purchaser or consumer and supersedes all other oral or written agreements.

DYNAC will update or supplement this warranty service terms from time to time, please refer to the latest content published on this website.

Lifetime warranty:

The following DYNAC products are covered by a lifetime warranty.

* DRAM modules ( U DIMM series / SO DIMM series)

* Memory card

(Note 1) : DYNAC reserves the right to determine which products are eligible for repair.

5-year limited warranty

DYNAC SSD are covered by a 5-year limited warranty commencing from the purchase day.

*REBEL series

3-year limited warranty

DYNAC SSD are covered by a 3-year limited warranty commencing from the purchase day

*D800 series / NOMAD series

Important reminder:

1 : The SSD is based on the TBW or Warranty period.

2 : DYNAC reserves the right to determine which products are eligible for repair.

3: If you have an SSD with a heat sink attached, detaching it will void your warranty as it will. be considered customer-induced damage.

Warranty Service:

If DYNAC products have material or functional defects or failures during the warranty period, DYNAC will repair or replace products of the same grade free of charge in accordance with the terms of this warranty. The warranty period starts from the original purchase date.

If you need this warranty service, you should present proof of purchase that is sufficient to prove the original purchase date, such as warranty card, invoice or credit card receipt, etc. If the original purchase day cannot be determined, the commencement of the warranty term will be determined by DYNAC according to the Product serial number.

RMA Service

Contact the local reseller where the purchase was made for timely support and local help.

Maintenance Considerations

1.DYNAC has the right to replace spare parts as a repair method of sending repair products. The DYNAC product that has been replaced with a new product, a good product or has been refunded becomes the property of DYNAC, and DYNAC will not return the DYNAC product to you. Some products are repaired by replacing spare parts.

2..Due to the rapid replacement of products, if the product is discontinued or the original factory no longer repairs it when it is sent for repair, it will be replaced with a "substitute" of the same grade. Exchanges of different capacities and designated pellet cycle services are not provided.

1.Due to improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or overloaded power supply product damage caused by abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions.

2.Product damage caused by any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.

3.Destroy or tamper with the product serial number, barcode or label, smear or remove it, be inconsistent with the original, damaged, lost the product is unclear or has a damaged appearance, cannot identify the authenticity of the product, or is judged to be a counterfeit product.

4.The original identification information on the product has been altered, erased or removed, or any product has not been properly handled or packaged products sold as second-hand goods or resold in violation of the import and export regulations of each country.


1. DYNAC does not guarantee that the integrity of the data can still be maintained during the repair process and is not responsible for the loss of data stored in the DYNAC product caused by any factors. It is recommended that you back up all data in the DYNAC product before sending it for repair.

2. DYNAC is not responsible for data rescue and backup of DYNAC products.

3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DYNAC is not responsible for any loss of profits, expected cost losses, loss of data or other indirect, accidental, or losses or damages arising from the accident that occur due to the use of DYNAC products. DYNAC is also not responsible for the failure of third-party equipment, even if DYNAC is informed of the possibility.

4. DYNAC products cannot be used on equipment that is likely to cause personal injury or death, including medical or medical-related equipment, nuclear energy equipment, traffic control equipment, aircraft, military or military-related equipment, disaster prevention systems, and combustion control systems. When our products are used in such fields, DYNAC will not be responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or any loss arising from this application.

5. All warranties, whether expressed or implied, will only be valid during the aforementioned product warranty period. Some countries or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied product warranties, or limitations on how long an implied product warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

6. Whether it is an express or implied warranty, DYNAC entire warranty liability under this warranty or any other warranty is limited to the provision of repair, replacement or refund services. In the event of a breach of product warranty or any other legal theory repair, exchange or refund will be the sole remedy.
